Good! Looks like the process is rolling… Yes, probably the daily weighting regime is not the best for your motivation. Guess, you’ll have to stay strong and hop on the scales just once a week. =)

Sorry about the headaches but really happy about the sleeplessness fading away. Maybe the headaches will also disappear once you can sleep fine all night long. Keep up the great work and maybe this week you’ll find an exercise routine on youtube, which will help you get into more movement without impacting your back negatively. Cheers!
