Heyy! What is your working hours? I also struggle to start being active as I am sick this week and then I am going out of town for 2 weeks for work
Hey I work 9-7 and im off two times a week.
This morning I did some walking and my head started spinning after ten mintues.
I have cut out bread pasta and sugar from my lifestyle.
Any more tips
Do you count calories?
If you get light headed then maybe you should start more slowly? I finished my anti-biotics today so will take a short walk with my dogs after work
i dont count my calories im not sure how to do that...
I am really determined to loose these kgs to feel better about myself i mean im 26and im obese i weigh like 93.
I am really hoping that this would help loose the kgs
Here are some calorie calculators:
You can use whichever you find more convenient. It would be perfect though, if you had kitchen scales and were able to accurately measure your portions. We often underestimate the amount of food eaten.
Some Duromine users prefer the weight watchers program. Instead of counting calories they count the points. Other Duromine users simply start using smaller plates, cut their portions in two or three, depending on their previous size, reduce the amount of junk food almost to zero (rarely allow having half a burger, for example, to avoid caving in), avoid sweets, especially in late hours, as well as all the empty liquid calories. Your main foods should be vegetables (fresh or cooked, preferably not fried in oil), lean proteins (whichever you prefer, good quality, also better NOT fried in oil), grains and beans, as well as healthy fats (you do need these, so don’t think that avoiding them will help you lose weight faster without unpleasant consequences for your overall appearance. Olive/coconut oil, avocados, nuts (in moderation)). As for fruits, yes, these are also part of healthy nutrition, but contain a lot of sugar and assist to sharp peals in the insulin level, so better have them in the first part of the day, mix with your morning porridge or yogurt or cottage cheese.
Don’t forget to drink more water and exercise. All the best and a wonderful weekend!
I currently use my fitness pal app. And I agree with weighing food, even if it is only in the beginning. Then you get used to how big a portion is. I try not to change to much at once. But the water idee is the best. I watch A LOT of youtube videos for motivation and educational purposes.
I am currently 23 and weigh 93.2kg ((95.4kg on monday when I started again)). My heaviest was 108kg and I went down to 72kg. Not with Duro but with another appetite surpressant. I gained the weight back because I stopped with all my healthy habbits at once ((I was doing my honors degree at university and it was a nightmare)).
I am so stressed about being out of town for 2 weeks. We won't be able to make food as we don't have our own kitchen where we will be staying. But I will try to buy salads and healthy meals at a health store.
