Hey Emily. I was wondering what happened, and now I see you’re all down. C’mon! it happens to all of us. It’s not the best time to feel sorry for yourself. What you need now is to forget about all the bad stuff you ate and days you didn’t exercise, and start getting back to the weight loss routine as soon as possible.

You are not a failure, you’re just a human being. No matter what the scales show, you know where you need to get. If you gained a couple of kilos, you will easily shed them quickly. TWO WEEKS!
