Day 8 - First weigh-in

After a week on 30mg Duromine, exercising every day for 30-45 minutes (brisk walking) and following a very low calorie diet (mainly because I'm not hungry, lol) - low carb/high protein with 1-2 meals a day replaced by Optifast shakes, I have lost ... drum roll please...
Pretty happy with that!
I know the weight loss will slow from this point on - I'm prepared for that. And I know I'll have to up my calorie intake if I'm going to build a sustainable healthy eating habit. That's OK. Realistically, with another 30kg to lose, it should probably take me up to a year.
But this was a very nice little kickstart
