Week in review

    SW - 99.5 kg
    CW - 96 kg
    GW - 70 kg
    TOTAL LOST: 3.5 kg;)
    GOALS:-
    Get under 90 kg.

    Today is day 13, I am really struggling to lose the weight. I am actually starting to wonder if its still working. I hardly have any of the side effects anymore.
    My day to day eating plan.
    Morning - yoghurt and muesli
    Late morning - 1 fruit
    Afternoon - Meal replacement shake
    Mid afternoon - cereal bar or provita
    supper - anything light

    Does anyone have any advice for me?o_O

    Hi Shelane
    Your weight loss is fine, it's gradual which is best for the body.
    As for the diet... I still think you should eat more proteins (meat, eggs, nuts, dairy). Your body should lose fat tissue, not muscles. But if you don't eat proteins (those replacement shakes I don't trust that much, they are chemicals), your body starts destroying the muscles to get the energy. All the rest is perfect :) Go on like this and have a little patience - you can do it!

    Thanks Kate for your advice, I do use full cream milk with my shakes instead of water. also i would use cheese on my provita's. and usually chicken sometimes meat for supper.
