New today !!!

    Hi everyone, just started on 15mg, I have 10kg to lose.
    Started yesterday morning took my first pill at 7am. I have lots of energy, I ate healthy and walked and ran for 1 hour.
    I have a fitbit and try and do 12000 steps a day!
    It's 4.07am and have been up since 2:30 ... Cannot sleep
    I went to bed around 11 but I felt like I didn't sleep at all.
    I'm sure I did but totally awake now don't feel tired at all.
    I'm thinking of taking my pill at 5 this morning to see if that makes a difference.
    Can I take a natural calmative at night ?

    You're doing great, diet and steps...
    I think you can try a natural calmative for a better sleep. Evening walk may also help, and let the fresh air into the bedroom before going to bed. If you like reading - read a boring book, helps me.

    Hi Kate ,
    Thanks for that ! Tonight I ran for 3.5km non stop and walked for another 1/2 hr.. I felt great for it, I've been also trying to eat around 1200 calories ... Is this ok ?
    I'm afraid when I reach my goal and come off duromine I will put my weight back on because my body is in starvation mode. I do force myself to eat , I got the dosage wrong my dr gave me 30mg not 15.
    I'm 155cm and was weighing 63kg I'm now 58.7. My goal weight is between 48-50kg.
    Feeling tired now so hopefully will get a good night sleep .
