Kia ora all. Any NZ people on here. I started my healthy way of eating today. Struggled for years with diets, binge eating, no set plans, all over the place. Late night eating sweets then again early in morning. No control about my eating. I'm 40 on Saturday and heading for health risks if I don't loose weight. I need to once in my life stick with a plan the doctor said and stay on it after the medication I'm only doing 4 weeks.
