    Hello everyone
    I started duromine on Friday 21 Dec 2018 I weighed 71.1 my hight is 153 my goal is 59 kg
    The first week my weight went down to 67
    But the last 2 days it went to 67.3
    I eat 1 weet box with blueberries and almond milk for breakfast With coffee
    Hit the gym for 1 hr combines workouts cardio and weight
    I usually workout 4 days a week
    I force my self to eat lunch and dinner I don’t have appetite to eat
    I drink lots of water
    Befor I started duromine I use to eat a lot and snack on junk
    Not anymore
    What am I doing wrong here can u please help me

    Hi Lai, just keep doing what you’re doing. It’s only 300gms which could just be fluid retention. It’s only your second week, don’t despair, you’ve had a fantastic first week result - well done! I’d suggest only weighing in once a week (difficult I know). Remember ... it’s just as important to never undereat as it is to overeat.

    Hello Jazz
    You are right I dropped to 66 couple of days later
    I really hope it’s not just water I’ve lost
    I want to lose another 8 to 9 kg
    And be toned
    I miss feeling good about my self
    Wearing nice outfits ( the once we women window shop and dream about all the time )
    Thank you for being supportive and positive it means a lot to me
