Healthy milkshake/smoothie to curb sweet cravings and post exercise

    Banana,Cinnamon Milkshake.
    1 Frozen Banana {break into pieces }
    1 cup Almond Milk {or skim milk if you prefer}
    2 Dates,or 1 tsp 100%Maple syrup
    Pinch of cinnamon.
    Whizz together and enjoy!

    You can also add some cocoa powder {if you love chocolate like I do }
