    I Find if i dont eat fruit mainly apples n grapes, n also fruit salad i tend to crave it n carrots too today lol

    U have to remember to eat small over the day n drink ur water n u will feel great for it..

    Whatever you want, KelMum.
    I would exclude bananas. Apples, grapes, pears, peach, kiwi, any kind of berries are perfect for your diet, if you don't have allergy to any of them, of course
    Personally I don't eat much of fruit and usually it's an apple or peach. Just don't force yourself. Enjoy your meals and your life will be better! ;)

    ps. Oh, I heard pineapples burn fat. I am not sure if it's true, but worth trying :)
