Duro, Low-Carbing (Diabetic) & Constipation :(

    Been on Duro for just over 2 months. Eating Low-Carb (less than 50g Carbs per day, and avoiding grains as far as I can) in an effort to reduce my blood-sugar level - but this is really doing a number on my digestion.
    I generally have a slow and sluggish metabolism. According to blood-group diet (I'm A-) I should not eat much meat, and more fruit/veg. Catch 22 situation, right!? I try to eat less than than 150-200g meat per day. I wish I had a regular system, and could go daily, like normal people! Urgh..!

    Im getting blocked up too :/ maybe its the duromine itself. I am going to get a fibre supplement to see if I get an improvement x
