Doing good so far I HOPE

    Start weight 71.1
    GW 57
    CW 65.3
    Today is the start of week 3
    I lost 5.8 kg so far
    No sugar cravings or fatty food
    The only thing is for the last 2 days I have been getting dizzy more then when I started ! Is this normal
    I know I don’t eat enoug but I force my self and when I can’t eat I will drink a cup of hospital grade sustegen

    Hello Lai! Well, it's not a good thing that you don't actually eat. Because this may result in a fast weight regain when you stop Duromine and get back to your normal eating habits. Therefore, it is improtant now to train yourself eating correctly and healthy.

    Hi April
    I am doing okay so far eating 3 meals a day 2 cups of coffee going 3 -4 times a week to gym
    I will jump on the scale tomorrow morning
    And I will get my measurements tomorrow as well
    Will see how it goes

    So I got my results today
    Start weight 71.1
    CW 65.3
    GW 57 _56
    In 2 and half weeks
    I lost nearly 6 kg and 28 cm and 2.9 body fat
    This makes me feel motivated
    No suger or fatty food cravings
    I noticed that I can only eat small portions of food unlike I am used to
    I have a busy and stressful weeks coming up due to my exams period
    Wish me luck

    Holly mackerel! Great job! Congratulations, Lai! All the luck to you for your exams and wish you a great weight loss as well! Just don;t forget to eat (I know how exams can make you forget about everything else), otherwise you risk passing out or feeling really really bad!

    My weight tidy was 64.7 kg
    6.1 kg loss in 3 weeks

    Hey April , how r u
    I just wanted to ask
    Last night we had dinner out and I ordered grilled chicken with salad ( some chips and flat ( Shj) bread came with it as well
    I ate less what I usually eat when I go out
    This morning I weighed my self and I jumped from 64.6 to 66.4 is that normal
    Did this happen to anyone

    Yes this is pretty normal especially if you haven't been eating a lot of salt leading up to it, higher than normal sodium will cause fluid retention. Drink a lot of water as that will help your body flush out excess sodium and reduce the water retention. Its different for everyone but it usually takes 2-3 days for your body to flush it.
