I nervously started Duromine today but I've got to say I feel pretty great! First time in a long time I've eaten only because it was time to and not had any rubbish at all, feel a little spacey but in a good way and cant believe how quickly it's started working! Hoping to lose 10kg and gain some confidence and learn new eating habits so I can continue without Duromine!
Do people do much exercise while on it? I'm very active and hoping I continue that way I guess I just need to ensure I eat even though I don't feel like it!

Well that was the longest night ever! Wow maybe 2 hours from 3am, took tablet at 530am hoping that helps with getting some sleep!
Please someone say it's not always like this!?!?

Hi day 6 for me, the first 4 nights I had little to no sleep... BUT for the last 2 nights I've been tired around 9 and have slept straight threw until 6.30am(best sleep I've had in years)
It does pass :) Goodluck to you

Thank you so much for your reply!! I don't feel tired but didn't fancy spending the next few months awake 24/7! Guess this was Edward Cullen's world hey!!!
Thanks again and good luck with your one week results!

I had 5 nights of terrible sleep, but now I sleep normally. I can even nap if I fancy!

One week tomorrow and I feel like I've not lost anything, feeling bloated and wondering if the lack of poop could be the cause, am now sleeping thankfully, but not feeling at all like I usually would had I been eating as well as I have but without Duromine. Do I stick with it?!?

Hi, I felt the same there for a bit, could be the poop too, could try some fresh figs or some Metamucil to help? I've lost 6 kilos and it still sucks to look in the mirror because it doesn't look like anything has changed :( no doubt though when you weigh in you would have lost :)

And only stick with it if your comfortable, the side effects usually wear off :) good luck
