Hi everyone, Day 9 on my journey. I haven't weighed myself yet as I want to do it after a full month. I see a difference in the size of my tummy and my chest as well. I am eating very healthy. No bread or rice. Just fruit and veggies and provita sometimes. I been jump roping and doing some exercises at home. Side effects are gone. Im not craving anything but I notice that I feel light headed if I don't eat. I had wanted to see my jeans fall of me by now bt I realise that I was being unrealistic. I'm happy that there is a change. However little it is. Its keeping me motivated. If anyone has any exercise tips I'd appreciate it as I can't go to gym as yet.
