Daily Food Intake!!!!

    Just thought I'd post my daily diary of food intake so others can see what has been working for me!

    Breakfast : yogurt , blueberries, natural muesli

    Snacks: fruit or a weight watchers snack ( either a biscuit or lil cake)

    Lunch: salad - sometimes tuna salad

    Tea: either fruit salad or salad or veggies!!!!

    Before each meal a cup of water with a slice of lemon!
    And as much water as I can through out the day!

    18kilos lost 1o - 15 to go!!!
