    How many calleries are most people eating a day? TIA :)

    I don't count calories but I know that generally I eat around 1250-1400 as a general rule.

    For women it should be around 1200-1400 for weight loss. Are you doing exercise as part of your lifestyle? Have you tried MyFitnessPal App? It seems to work for a lot of people, just as long as you are accountable for what you put into it and be honest it will calculate your calorie intake and your goals. Rock on, stay fab :)

    Thanks for your reply scribbles and Lanny :) I'm currently eating around exactly what you said, though my Doctor said 1200 wouldn't be enough. I do use myfitpal :) I love it and am always honest. It's a great way to learn about foods too. And I surely am exercising. No point making a lifestyle change if I wasn't gonna do it properly :)

    My fitness pal is an excellent app. I'm tracking my calories and helps me to stay honest with myself. Love the bar code scanner for nutritional contents :)

    Hey, I'm clicking around...again... and reading everyones posts and comments and I am sooo jealous that I can't start yet. I am getting a lot of good tips and inadvertent advice though. I think your going to do really well, you seem to have a pretty good game plan :)
