2 weeks in, and nothing

    i'm just finishing my 2nd week and i havent lost anything. i lost 1kg to start but nothing else has progressed. i'm staying strictly to my calorie intake, i'm doing all the things i'm supposed to be doing. should i continue on this 30mg or go and see my doctor?
    anyone else having similar experiences?

    Have you added/ increased exercise in the 2 weeks. Are you weighing everyday or weekly?

    yes i have increased physical activity and i only weigh myself weekly

    If you have increased activity it’s a good possibility that you are retaining water for muscle repair. If you aren’t weighing daily you won’t see the ups and downs from exercise. More Sodium than normal also causes water retention. Keep up your calorie restriction and drink lots of water. You’ll see some movement soon I am sure.

    The main thing is to stay consistent with your plan. If it suits you, you will begin losing weight soon. If not, you might need to review your dieting and, of course, just as Plucky said, water is good for weight loss, so do your best to increase the water consumption. Best of luck and fingers crossed that the weight starts moving (also check your circumference in all important areas)

    thank you, actually i weighed myself today and i have lost a bit more so thats a relief. i'm increasing the water too. o appreciate all the advice

    If you want to see more results other than by the scales, try a tape measure. I didn't lose weight but have lose a couple cm's

    I am two weeks in, I had the 3 days of side effects with sleep, dry mouth, raving heart etc, energy boost. Lost 3 kg about. But now I’ve kind of plateau and haven’t seen any loss in the 2nd week. I try to exercise at gym 3 times a week min. Food intake has halved way better then what use to be, but starting to feel more appetite later in the evenings. So how are you going now??
