15mg will I notice much difference?

    Hi there.
    Brand spanking new to the forum and Duromine. ;)
    My name is Claire, im 23, I have an 18month old daughter and a husband away at the mines.
    I am 159cm and currently 112.4kgs.
    Went to the Doctor today and asked to be put on Duromine.
    She has given me 15mg dosage.

    I read here that most of you are on a higher dose. Will I get much result from 15mg?
    What are your tips? Food wise? Exercise wise?
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Ok so I got up at 6am, took the 15mg, to be perfectly honest I feel no different... at all.
    Arnt I supposed to be less hungry? More energy? Heart flutters dry mouth? nothing.

    Im on 15ml for 7 days then i move onto 30ml for 4 months. Took my first tablet today and felt the energy increase within 30mins of taking the tablet heheheh so far no other side effects. The doctor put me on 15ml first to get use to it then move up. :)

    lol I didnt even notice the typo.
    My doctor has given me 15mg for the 1st month then she said she will change it depending on the results I get, and told me I can only be on it a maximum of 3 months.
    Took my second tablet at 5:45am layed back in bed for about 20mins and I could feel my heart fluttering a little.
    Still feeling hungry. But trying to eat as best as I can.

    Feeling good today diet wise-
    Breakfast - 2 slices of bacon cooked in the microwave with fat drained, 2 egg whites also cooked in the microwave and a slice of multigrain bread & 2 glasses of water.
    Couldn't finish it all.
    My usual breakfast used to consist of 2 yes 2! bacon and egg sandwiches.
    Since then ive had a further 2 glasses of water and 2 strawberries.
    For lunch im making grilled chicken with either salad or veg. :cool:

    Well done!! today is my day 2, just took the tablet so no effect yet. Yesterday was a good day i felt the tablet really work!!! The morning i had 2 slices of toast with fish paste (I'm from South Africa, not sure if you get fish paste hehehe) lunch i was so hungry so i had a chicken wrap, drank about a 1L of water for the day, i need to increase that amount!!!
    How much do you need to lose? I need to lose 15kgs if more i will be over the moon!! :) I pray Duromine helps me!! :(

    Oh I wish I only had 15kg to loose! I have at least 30kg at least!
    had grilled fish for dinner, think I over did my protein but I guess its better than the carbo loading.
    The only carbs I ate today was my slice of bread at breaky. Carbs is my big downfall.
    It good alot of people say they find it hard to sleep but im pretty good had no issues with sleep yet. :)

    So
    Current weight : 113kg
    Goal weight: 70kg (less prefered)
    Mini goal: 100kg

    UPDATE:
    Start weight: 113kg
    Todays weight: 111.6kg (Day 3)
    Loss: 1.6kg
    Total loss: 1.6kg (cant wait to watch that increase!)

    WELL DONE!!! 1.6kgs is brilliant!!
    I have lost 1.4kgs so far....today is Day 3
    On Monday i move onto the 30mg, a little nervous but I'm sure it will be ok as long as i don't feel a big difference!
    Last night for dinner i had a chicken salad. This morning a boiled egg on brown toast. I know what you mean about carbs, my downfall too!! I LOVE pastas way too much!
    Keep it up you doing so well! Look forward to hearing more of your results!
    Well my mini goal is to lose 15kgs that will make a BIG difference for me, in the long run i would LOVE to lose 20kgs. Trying to first lose the 15kgs. Last year i did the Dr Cohen diet (have you heard of it?) i lost 9kgs in a month but in a year i put it all back on and didn't enjoy that diet at all!!

    No ive never heard of it what is it?
    Today Was good diet wise again
    Breakfast: Fresh Fruit Salad
    Lunch: Sweet chilli wrap
    Afternoon tea: Fresh Pineapple
    Dinner: Pork Stir fry with 100g brown rice
    + 9 glasses of water :)
