Can't recommend this recipe ENOUGH! I have found the fiber content really helps shift things along for people experiencing the constipation side of things.
Cannellini Bean And Lemon Salad Recipe - Taste.com.au
Although, I have altered it because I'm not keen on parsley and would rather avoid oils.
1 x 400g cans cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
1 x 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
1 x400g can lentils, drained, rinsed
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1 half cup of diced cherry tomatoes
Dressing
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon lemon juice (I add SO much juice)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small garlic clove, crushed
Then I follow the preparation recipe.
