Hi Gio!
Good work on taking the control back and taking your first positive steps!
Remember to eat your 3 meals at least while keeping your tabs on your exercise. I was busy for about a week when I realised I was hungry and figured that I hadn't eaten in about 2 days. Not good.
So, I am F 23 started at 127.6kg and am 182cm.
I have been on Duromine for around 7 weeks and have dropped 17.3kg.
Here is a basic day for me, I hope you find some pointers there:
Between 5:30 and 6:00am - Take Duromine.
Snooze until 6:30 or 7:00am
Breakfast is an egg white omelet on chia bread, cup of coffee (1 sugar and skim) and multivitamin.
Lunch is a bag of steam veggies with basic seasoning (I also leave the office for a 1km walk/jog)
After work I have a LeRice snack and a 2-4km walk/jog.
If I still have it in me, I go do a half hour of weights at the gym on my way home. Most of the time I don't.
Dinner is a small serve of cous cous and about 50g of lightly seasoned meat or fish.
I have found the trick to sleeping is doing your exercise in the latter part of the day.
During any one day, I will drink between 2L and 3L of water.
Cous cous is hands down my favourite thing to eat. There are heaps of recipes online, another favorite being a Cannellini Bean and Lemon Salad Cannellini Bean And Lemon Salad Recipe - Taste.com.au - I add some tomato and basil to spice things up! Yum!
Anyway, good luck and I look forward to reading of your success.
