I have found a place where it seems I can start a social group . . . but there doesn't seem to be any easy way of finding already established groups (if there are any ?)

Just curious if groups have been created . . . if yes, how do we find them to become part of a group . . . also, if no, can it be set up to access groups easier so we could start some groups ??
