    Re: My Debut Entry :)

Hi I was just wondering what my chances of being prescribed duromine from my doctor are.
I'm 26 year old mum with 2 children, Im 173cm and weigh 70kg..
I exercise regulary and eat very healthy, but can't seem to shift unwanted weight. My normal weight is around 59kg, but in the last 18months has rocketed up to 70kg and nothing I do seems to work.. I know some people will think this is not overweight but it is for my body and I want to try duromine as some of my friends have used it and it works great for them.. But just don't know how to approach my doctor without being turned away..

    hello aussiemum!!

i went to the doctor a few weeks ago, i was 70kgs, and im 172cm and the doctor did not want to give them to me!
he had given them to me back when i was 11kgs heavyier and i convinced him how i wont take them daily, its just something i want to use a couple of times a week to train my body and he did!

but i think you will have alot of trouble getting them!!

    Good luck

yes, it's upset to hear that your doctor refused to prescribe Duromine. but you can order the Phentermine on this site. this online pharmacy guarantees drug delivery to Australia.
you can just make an order and wait for a while to start the treatment with Phentermine
    Good luck

You guys must have strict doctors.

After shedding 20kg last time I used duromine i dropped to 70kg im now 73kg and he perscribed me 40mg tablets which I started yesterday.

Maybe you could try another doctor?

    Hi Aussiemum

Wow! 59 kg, you must've been slim. I'm 178cm tall and my ideal weight is 71kg. At present I'm 88.4kg. I do have a fairly decent sized frame - never having been able to get smaller than a size 14, but I can live with that. My lightest adult weight was 66kg and at that time I was playing softball 3 times a week and training for it 4 times per week, admittedly that was in my 20s but I will never be able to get back down to that being in my 40s now.

My doctor was very apprehensive about prescribing Duromine for me but after having my second child a few years ago, my weight went up to 100kg. I lost 21kg on Tony Ferguson and have put on about 10kg in the last 12 months.

This is a last ditch effort to kickstart the loss and as I work in a hospital and have access to staff dieticians and nutritionists, they've got a 1200cal and 1500cal eating plan for me. I seem to function better on the 1500cal plan and lose weight as I'm not starving myself. I think you have to have enough fuel for your body to function to be able to effectively metabolise what you eat. When I was on the 1200cal eating plan, my weight loss (without Duromine) was ok for the first 2 weeks and then it stalled completely. It was like my body had gone into famine mode and was hanging on to fat etc. On top of that, I was knackered.

My plan going forward is to up my protein intake and have stuff like boiled eggs, tuna, chicken etc for snacks as well as celery or cucumber sticks and my cup of soups.

    Have a good day!!

    BD
