Well I didnt think Duromine would work for me but maybe it has or maybe its my pure determination.
Anyways In around 6weeks I have lost 6Kilos which is an extremely healthy amount and im proud of that. I hear of people losing 12kilos in 4 weeks and the truth is they will struggle to maintain that quick weightloss in the future.

I started having fruit for breakfast and lunch and always drinking water. Dinners where more relaxed with some grilled chicken and green vegetables or some nights it was weight watchers meals, I exercise at least 3 times a week for 30minutes or more.
Im trying to keep a well balanced life style by not pushing myself to extremes because the realism is I wont be able to maintain that in the future! Ive started noticing my weight loss and so has my partner which feels amazing!!
I hope everyone else pushes through those cravings and eats healthy too

    I want to lose around 30kilos and be a Size 8-10 Australian sizes.
    I have berrys about 1/2 to 1 cup of in the morning. only raspberrys/ blueberrys/ strawberrys ontop of my wheatbix.

    I usually snack on a nectarine or few strawberrys. The trick is to find Low sugar fruits and not have more than 2 cups per day.

    I didnt cut out all carbs as im trying a realistic diet. Once a week or fortnight I allowed wholemeal bread, pasta. I also have Skim Milk with My breakfast and continue to drink +2L water daily :-)

    Trick is to find a realistic healthy diet & exercise regime. You may see people say they have lost 15 kilos in 2 weeks I can tell you right now ask them a year later and They would have doubled back their weight gain. I have nutritionists and a amazing Doctor who researches all information thoroughly. Stick to Low Sugar, Low fat, Low Gi foods as much as possible. And of course once a month or something treat yourself but make sure its on the rare occassion!
