Hi there Jen! Congrats on the weight you have lost so far. Its a good start to your goal weight. Don't judge yourself too much I tend to do that too. Give yourself a pat on the back for what you have accomplished, its not easy loosing weight and some women just have it better than others. Its my 5th day today and I don't know if I have lost any kg's yet but definitely cm's my bum and tummy feels and looks a bit smaller. I haven't weighed myself yet. My scale is crazy it always says I'm 5kg more than I am. It makes me feel depro so I avoid it as much as I can until I can buy another one. And just like you I tend to get OCD about my results! Lol! The best advice I can give is to stick to what you are doing and take your Duromine like your Gp advised you to, one each morning before breakfast?? Do not listen to what others say and keep your 'new you' image at the back of your mind. You can do it girl and remember we are all in this together and help and support is one click away! Thanks for all the help guys!! I won't take them unless I find out that I can from a gp. But I should say that I'm feeling much better today and my mindset is better. I guess it takes a few days before (D) kicks in and affects your mood and mindset.
Hey there, I'm not a gp either but the doctor that prescribed me duromine advised not to take anti depressants while on D. I would recommend you ask your gp if your particular brand is ok Good luck Jenn

Heya...I'm not a GP (of course) but I do know you shouldnt take two lots of medication at once without consulting your Doctor? The Duromine may have an effect on the medication that your taking now? Thats just my thoughts though. Take care

My height is 173 and I weigh 119 so I have 6 more kg's to loose. Its my 4th day today on Duromine hoping for the best outcome and giving it my all!
Hey there, not sure if you already know this now, but you can get Duromine through your GP, depending on your situation.
Oh sorry, thats for 30mg. I'm unsure the price of the 15mg. And as far as I know you can't get 40mg in New Zealand.
If you're from New Zealand, you need to go through your Doctor and its around $85.00 per month. Some Doctor's don't prescribe, or try other options before Duromine. Hope that helped. Anywhere else in the world, sorry. Wouldnt know
