Things are going along. Still have an amazingly dry mouth and drinking water all day. I gave my body a break and skipped one day just to feel remotely normal. It didn't do too much in the sense of changing any eating pattern (I am still forcing three small sized meals a day) but I had a great sleep. That was two days ago, went back on monday morning. I have still stayed away from the scales and rely on the measure tape and photos from start day and then every seven days. I have lost about ...
