  1. Still tracking

    by , 01-24-2012 at 09:30 PM
Things are going along. Still have an amazingly dry mouth and drinking water all day. I gave my body a break and skipped one day just to feel remotely normal. It didn't do too much in the sense of changing any eating pattern (I am still forcing three small sized meals a day) but I had a great sleep. That was two days ago, went back on monday morning. I have still stayed away from the scales and rely on the measure tape and photos from start day and then every seven days. I have lost about ...
  2. Duromine, annorexia & antidepressants.

    I'm 21 & work in child protection.

I started using duramine due to my weight gain from the antidepressant pristiq. I was also on a drug Stelazine for my diagnosed Borderline Personality disorder. I'm currently off Srelazine because I have moved out of home and not under the stress of my family (abusive alcoholic father & premenstral teenage girls) which allows me to not feel so psychotic all the time haha. I have also taken my dosage of Pristiq down from 150mg to 100mg. I ...
  3. A few changes

I am now on day six and have made a few changes along the way to make things a little more enjoyable. Yesterday I switched from coffee to black tea with 1 teaspoon of sugar (and I got to sleep before midnight for the first time) and have also decided to eat at meal times. My meals have changed dramatically. Yesterday around 5pm I was very dizzy and awkward. I thought about it and realised I had eaten three meals in three days mixed with a lot of water and some tea and coffee. So I ate a sandwich ...
  4. Actually Eating

Had a smaller breakfast and actually managed to be hungry at lunchtime. Still drinking heaps of water but have stayed away from coke (and all associated types) and most processed sugars. Still having coffee but have dropped to one teaspoon of sugar with it. Do not believe I will have a meal for dinner, probably fruit and yoghurt and more water (bucket loads, still getting the dry mouth). I used to have chocolate or something sweet after dinner but have substituted black tea with some honey in ...
  5. First time in

    by , 01-14-2012 at 09:28 PM
This is my first time using any sort of weight loss medication. I have recently had surgery (a few months ago) on my leg so I have been laid up for quite for a while and not being able to do anything. AFter the first lot of surgery I was convinced the surgeon made an error and after a six week discussion he finally agreed with me. This meant that as I was getting off crutches (and finally being able to drive again) I was sent back under the knife for immediate corrective surgery (which my surgeon ...
